Vision maintains a diverse network of designers across various experience levels and specialties, ensuring that every client finds a match that suits their specific project needs.
Our designers are primarily from Europe, South America, Asia, and North America. They hail from diverse cultural backgrounds, bringing unique perspectives and insights to every project. They are proficient communicators with English language skills certified at C1 level or higher. This ensures clear and effective communication throughout the design process, regardless of geographical location.
Experience levels range from: Junior, Intermediate, Senior or a blend.

Our designers are located worldwide, but we only hire those who can accommodate North American time zones (commonly PST, EST). This ensures they are available for collaboration and meetings. Ultimately, you and your designer will decide how to set milestones, track progress, and review deliverables.
We handle all the upfront work to find top talent so you don't have to. On marketplaces, you have access to talent, but you still need to search, interview, and decide who might be the right fit, which takes time and requires expertise, especially when sourcing globally. We test and interview every designer who applies to join our network, ensuring our clients work with skilled professionals with strong work ethics and hard skills. We match you with up to three candidates at a time, aiming to provide the best fit for your project.
All UI/ UX designs are completed in Figma. Original or library art may be supplied in other formats such as Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop.
Your account will be billed for the final working hours. We will assist with off-boarding your designer and closing your job. If you wish to start a new project, you can log in, submit a new job, and get matched with a designer.
You and your designer will communicate and collaborate on all projects via a dedicated Slack channel. We simply invite you with the designer and you're all set. You can message, initiate video calls, share assets, and more, all from Slack. If you'd like to add the designer to your own internal tools for a custom engagement, we offer our Access+ product for $39/designer/month.
Project hours are tracked via a time log within our app. Your designer will add their hours daily to the log and you can review them at any time!

2. Fill out a form and book a project onboarding meeting with our team.
3. After the meeting, review our terms of service, make the initial deposit, and log in to your Vision dashboard. Review our curated resources and materials while we finalize your designer matches.
4. Within 48 hours of making your deposit and creating an account, we deliver up to 3 designer matches as a shortlist.
5. Review their profiles and select your preferred designer.
6. Connect with your designer on Slack to set up a kickoff meeting and discuss the first deliverables.
We have a flat monthly subscription fee of $99 that is charged if you decide to proceed with your designer. This fee grants you full access to Adaptable’s Vision platform, our extensive network of top-tier designers, dedicated support, and our exclusive designer swap guarantee, ensuring you always have the right fit for your project.
Our system works like any subscription. Payments are made by credit card and processed by Stripe.
Here's how it works:
1. You add your credit card info to make the initial deposit
2. You are charged our platform subscription fee
3. Once a week, every week your card is charged throughout the project duration until completion
You are automatically charged weekly every Monday. Each charge is determined by the number of hours your designer(s) worked in the previous week.
